“I loved how quiet the area is after a night on the boardwalk. I grew up on South Beach in the 90s
And the hotel took me back to that time and how you always felt you were on vacation. I loved being 20 steps or less from the beach!! The front desk team members were very pleasant at check in and check out. All the employees were very pleasant as well. Everyone says hello, that’s a big thing for me! Overall experience was great! My wife and I are already planning out our next stay with this place!”
“This is the most terrible experience for me. The room is so small, dark and dirty. They don’t provide any parking space. I have to pay $50 for parking for overnight far away. I will not recommend to any person. ”
“All the units are ran by different management companies. Mine was Boutique. There for 4 night's, you csnt get them to bring you more towels or.tp. the hallway carpets are disgusting. You hear dogs barking in some of the units. Its mixed residential with vacationers. Bed was clean, room had outlets that your charger falls out of. Great pool and location right on the beach. Free of harassment, no cleaning during trip or anything to sweep all the sand in the room. Overall trip was a 7. Enjoy……
“The only negative comment no face cloths, house keeping never washed any I had plenty of hand towels and dry towels though. Has to use hand towel as face cloth. I was worried about no front desk service but they responded right away with any concern I had by email. I will definitely be back ”
“I visited once two years ago and felt that I could choose this place again this time. But this experience was really bad! The white towels have turned yellow, the bathroom has been dripping, the refrigerator has not been cleaned, and there are other traces on the bed! All in all, very bad, will not come again!”
