“We had such a great time at Waterfront Mansion with hot-tub & Pool by RedAwning and enjoyed our visit to Pocono so much. The house fit our group perfectly. It was very clean, cozy and equipped with everything needed for flawlessly spending a weekend. So many activities inside of the house! The view is amazing, right on the beautiful lake. It was really pleasant to go kayaking even in November. Evgeny is a great property manager and was very easy to communicate with. Will be glad to come back……

“All pictures of property are very dated. House was filthy. Cameras all over property to watch your every move and the Host will call you quickly if you are doing something he doesn’t like. Camera inside the garage. If you like to feel like you are being watched on vacation this is the house for you! Blue painters tape covers up holes in the wall from previous tenants. The Hot Tub was filthy, we messaged Host to get it cleaned and he said it was not in season for use. Exposed electrical wires in……

“The property was nice and clean. Accurate to the listing. Lake access with boats was very nice. Would have wished for the management company to be more responsive to requests/concerns that came up during the stay.”

“Our stay was highly disappointing due to numerous unresolved issues. The hot tub and room fans were not working upon arrival, and despite reporting them on day one, they were never fixed. The steep driveway was covered in two inches of ice, making it dangerous. Managment only provided two bag of salt, which was ineffective. Street parking required permits, but managment stated that street parking is not allowed even though the community security office stated the owner of the property is……

“We loved our recent stay at fancy poconos caste. The house was just like it was pictured. Very spacious and clean. Everyone enjoyed the swim spa, large patio and firepit. The beds were very comfortable. Omaira was extremely helpful and accommodating to any requests we had. We would definitely come back again! ”

“Let me start off by saying that the host, NK, was excellent. They responded quickly to all questions and concerns. They were very accommodating. However, upon arrival, a little past our 4pm check in time, the cleaning crew was still there, although they said they’d be done quick, we waited over 20 minutes for them to finish. It seemed they were in a rush to finish. Which resulted in them forgetting to leave basic toiletries. However, the host was very apologetic and even went as far as……

“We recently stayed for a weekend with two families and this house was perfect! Nicely updated and the house layout was ideal for each family to have a "wing" to retreat to. Lots of activities for the kids between the game room, hot tub and areas to explore on the property. Mattresses are comfy and sheets are nice. Just a heads up, bath towels are provided but wash clothes and hand towels are not (at least not any we could find!). Great location for Camelback access. Responsive owner and clear……

“It took 3 hours for the house to heat up, powers kept going out, floors were squeaking, sheets were dirty, the house had mice. The only good thing was the sauna, i definitely do not recommend this property ”

“The house is good, large living room, 6 separate bedrooms and jacuzzi is a plus. Some appliances did not work properly, but it was very minor. Great communication with host. Overall we had pleasant stay. ”

“The property was nicely situated in a quiet area with ample space to accommodate our larger group of 11 persons. The hot tub was amazing on the cold winter evenings. The deck space was great with adequate seating for bbq. The rooms were nice and 2 living room themes were great. A lot of games (darts, pool table, cards, jenga, etc ..) and activities to keep all engaged. ”

“Nick was a superb property manager who was extremely prompt and helpful with his responses. I arrived at 1:40am in the morning after being on the road for 24 hours getting from one destination to the other. We approached the check in desk only to encounter an individual who displayed no qualities in customer service. She was rude and borderline obnoxious. Suffice to say our first impression was not great. The property however was exactly what we expected.”

“Had a wonderful week visiting family that live in the area. The house is amazing we enjoyed ourselves so much. Family and friends all together it was a wonderful trip.
