On the basement floor you'll find a spacious hobby area with French-style convertible couch, windowed bathroom with shower box, balcony and big garage where you can park 2 cars in line. On th raised ground floor, 1 living room with a double convertible couch, two furnished balconies with table and sun beds, kitchenette, 1 double room, 1 twin room and windowed bathroom with tub. Plus, modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hairdryer, microwave oven, electric oven, dishwasher and Lcd Tv.
One small pet is allowed: 20 eur per pet/day + deposit of 100eur to be paid in cash at reception.
