“Tolle Unterkunft in ca. 500 Jahre altem Gebäude. Zimmer groß, sauber, modern mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Mitten in der Altstadt von Genua nur einen Steinwurf von den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Freundliches Personal mit Tips für Restaurants; trotz nur 2 Nächten Aufenthalt Zimmerservice. Wasser, Tee, Kaffee im Gemeinschaftsbereich zur Selbstbedienung.”

“Excellent location. 1 min walk to beach, restaurants and super markets. Recently renovated rooms and well lit hall way. Noise from plumbing of bathroom is loud and could be annoying.”

“Siisti paikka ja henkilökunta osasi asiakaspalvelun hyvin. Hotellin sijainnista johtuen jonkin verran melua iltayöstä kuului, mutta täysijärkinen ihminen jo varatessaan ymmärtää sen kuuluvan asiaan. Hinta/ laatusuhde on erinomainen. Hotelli oli hiukan haasteellinen löytää, joten ohje miten läheiseltä bussi/ taksiasemalta suunnistetaan perille, olisi hyvä olla hotellin tiedoissa.”

“This property was a DUMP!!! I have booked multiple properties in many locations through Expedia and have come to expect that anything in their list would provide a good experience. This is NOT the case with Hotel Europa. There was no air-conditioning in the rooms -- the unit was there but the control knob was broken and it did not work. We kept the window open, but it was loud and noisy much of the night. There was no WI-FI on the property at all. The hotel clerk told us that the internet……
