“this was a very low-key laid-back resort very very relaxing. I didn’t expect the humidity to the level. It was so you often felt damp at night, but the host had a dehumidifier and the air conditioning worked great wonderfully comfortable beds.Host was fantastic for communication. I would’ve stayed another couple days. Had they not had another check in.Kawai itself is very laid-back but if you do come here, please book in advance and do the tubing adventure down the plantation tunnels at Kauai……

“Had to get a new tv, the bracket to hold the shower head was broken but Dale tool care of both. A little inconvenient to have to wait for the pest control team to arrive, ants in the kitchen—one of their technicians walked in with no protective slippers on and left dirt on the floor. ”

“What a lovely place to stay. Near town & airport as well as halfway between other various places/beaches you might like to visit. (The airport was sure handy when we found two things wrong with two different cars after leaving the lot… - just fyi, check the gas gauge & tires!) Only 10 mins walk to Lydgate Beach & the very cute, fun Mamahune tiki bar. Great to have two lanais and two bathrooms as well! A few things could’ve been more perfect, dropped a line to the managers, nothing a big enough……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful suite overlooking Kalapaki Bay. It is just as the pictures convey inside and out - beautiful condition and everything you need for your vacation. The floor to ceiling windows and large deck provide a magnificent view of the beach, bay and mountains as well as surfers and seals. Access to the beach and the Marriott restaurants was an added treat. The location was perfect to see the entire island. What an incredible hideaway! And the hosts were kind……
