“Fairly mediocre place- small bedrooms, pretty outdated and not very comfortable seating. Good for the price”

“What a wonderful week we spent in this condo! The view is fantastic! I got up for every sunrise in the morning. Many afternoons we preferred Happy Hour at the condo rather than going out. Beside the hard-to-beat view, the condo is quiet and well-equipped. The beach supplies were especially appreciated (chairs, umbrella, towels, snorkeling gear.) We hiked down the hill to the secluded SeaLodge beach several times; one time sharing the ocean with three green turtles! ”

The place was comfortable but needs some updating. The vacuum didn’t work, found it was plugged, cleaned it and then it was fine. The views are awesome!! ”

“Mostly a great stay here. The location is unbeatable and the views are terrific. The unit itself is nice though slightly dated compared to some of the newer units in the area. The tv was broken for the duration of our stay, which was a bummer for nighttime movie watching but overall a nice spot. ”

The kitchen, bathroom, curtains, bedding, beds, washer/dryer, etc. could use a refresh. However, the price was reasonable and we appreciated that. The medium difficulty walk to the beach below was really cool too.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was so beautiful and clean, and the location/ view was absolutely stunning. Sherri was an EXCELLENT host and always replied to my messages in a kind and timely manner. The one thing I didn’t realize is that there’s only AC units in the bedrooms, not in the kitchen/ living room area. Thankfully, the weather was super nice so we were able to keep the windows and doors open for a nice breeze. Thank you Sherri for your beautiful place and……

“We stayed here for a few days as part of our 2 week tour of Hawai'i. Out of the 5 places we stayed, this was our favorite! It was easy to access the condo on the ground floor. The area was spacious. The shower was nice as was the outdoor area. We made use of the laundry machines and beach gear especially the boogie boards. Overall we had an excellent stay and recommend this place for any trip on the north coast.”

“I stayed at this delightful studio in Princeville for 8 nights while exploring the gorgeous North Shore of Kauai. This was an ideal location: very quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to walk to shops and restaurants in Princeville and a great base for day trips to Hanalei, Ha'ena, and Kilauea. The studio was so comfortable and spacious, with a lovely lanai for relaxing and dining. The bed was very comfortable, and it was a delight to wake to the sound of birdsong. I never used the air……
