“We enjoyed our stay at Pono Kai A201. This is a recently remodeled two bedroom two bathroom condo. Perfect for our family of four with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The balcony overlooks the ocean as does the master bedroom. And the location of the condo is protected from the high winds in Kapaa. We appreciated the split AC units during the night. Although there aren’t any laundry machines in the unit, they are nearby in the complex.Thank you!”

“The 2 bedroom unit was built extremely clean and nicely furnished with everything needed for a Kauai condo stay. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and serve. Our bedrooms were comfortable but our tall teens were hanging off the full sized guest bedroom beds. The unit was well maintained except for a guest room door which was clearly broken. Towels and bathroom supplies were plentiful. Location has a far away view of the mountains and a close view of the busy street outside. We……

“The host was out of town traveling so we didn't hear from him until the day before so that was stressful but everything went smoothly from there. Great location and all amenities you'd need are provided with a Safeway nearby. Furniture was made of cane and a but uncomfortable for sitting. Bed was way too soft for us but glad we had a king.”

“Wonderful place to stay with great view! Suggestion to owner was to put a blind over front access door so outside lighting could be reduced. Security lights over front door shined into hallway and bedroom ….Also people could see in even with current window treatment in place ”

“This property was just as advertised in the paradise of Kauai. We felt we were very centrally located on the east side of the island, only 10 minutes from the airport and 30-45 minutes to the south and north shores. The condo felt super private and you wouldn't even know you had neighbors. The pool was amazing and so clean. We would definitely rent again!”

“This was a comfy accommodation with a great view. We really appreciated the a/c in the bedroom. The bed was comfy too. There were a few things that needed updating, but this rental got the job done. ”
