“The property is a decent size, but looks larger in the photos. The kitchen has everything you need to make full meals. The foldout sofa downstairs has a note that due to rust it cannot be used, but there are still three bedrooms and a total of one king, two queens and two twin beds throughout the house. The pillows and mattresses are VERY firm. The shower in the master is smaller than I expected. The carpet needs to be replaced. There was food trash under the bed in the master. The sliding door……

“Couldn't ask for a better location, ocean, beach and a great walking path along the sea. Really enjoyed all of it. The facility met all our needs. Suggest you check the temp on the frig. It was freezing the liquids.”

The people in charge of maintaining the property did an excellent job fixing a couple of small issues.The location and view are fabulous. It is strategically located to lost of places on the island.To be perfect, the lock issue at the front door should be fixed.Thanks”

“The owner has be exceptional - communicative and accommodating. We did cook there, breakfasts and a couple of dinners. The location, at first, seemed somewhat removed, but we grew to appreciate the quietude - and by car, the entire island was easily accessible. Cons? Mattresses, dishes and utensils were tired and needed replacing. The house had good spaces for us and could easily be updated to perfect.”

The property owner was extremely responsive to all my questions and requests, even delivering propane for the barbecue on Christmas morning!”
