“We had a great stay at the Princeville Townhouse. The place was clean and comfortable, and served our purposes. The beach chairs and beach towels, along with the moveable fans, were appreciated (it gets hot in there!). The overall location of Princeville is good as it is in close proximity to restaurants and shopping, and neighboring towns and beaches of interest. I had the impression it was closer to the beach itself, but it is sometimes hard to tell from the map. All around it was a pleasant……

“We stayed with our adult children and their partners for just over a week and it was a great place for the six of us. Kitchen was well outfitted with all you need for cooking including a blender and even a rice cooker, though strangely no microwave. Plenty of beach towels and a washer and dryer too. We very much enjoyed the place.”

“We stayed at this beautiful home in Princeville for 10 nights with our whole family of 7 , ages 3, 10, 12, 17, 20 and 54, and we had the time of our lives!The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of and beautifully decorated . This home is squeaky clean!!!! The kitchen was stocked like a chef’s kitchen, and we loved cooking meals together and enjoying them on the gorgeous lanais. Both lanais offered the most spectacular mountain views—absolutely breathtaking!The kids……

“If you're looking for a more "old Hawaii' experience, look no further! This house reminded me of my time growing up in Hawaii. Tucked away from the crowds and such a lovely little walk to the beach it was the perfect fit for our family and friend's trip. The kids had a blast exploring the yard and enjoying the "jungle walk" to the (very empty!) beach. ”

“This home was exactly what we needed to stay comfortably with 8 adults!! Walking distance to baby beach and easy quick drive to restaurants, shopping, and Poipu Beach. Would highly recommend! ”

Neat and tidy as a pin, we opened all the windows and sliding glass doors to let the warm breezes and the sounds of the waves run through the house. Just amazing. The beach is 10 feet off the house.”

“Great location, easy to explore the area. Played a few rounds of rounds, Hokuala and Princeville Makai, and Wailua. Kamaaina rate at Wailua was very reasonable.We’re already talking about another quick trip to Kauai !Aloha”

“Being close to the beach was awesome. We really enjoyed being able to go to the beach in the evening and morning to see the turtles when they come onto the beach to sleep at night. The house was great for 5 people the have their space and to just relax. I give it 2 thumbs up. Great place.”

“One of, if not best rentals we've stayed in. The house is very nicely appointed, the decor is modern and fresh, it had all the amenities to enjoy a beach holiday and make a nice dinner and eat outside. The location is ideal, close to shops, golf, a quick drive to Hanalei to have a picnic and watch the sunset and early morning walks. The property manager was attentive and responsive when needed but it had everything. We will rent this property again, why search for anything else. We will be back……
