“Our host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. We were provided with everything we could possibly need and also thoughtful little amenities. The back yard was whimsical and enchanting. Both the yard and house were filled with toys to keep the little ones amused. Everyone had a wonderful time and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend a stay. “Rented the home for my sons wedding. Had a great stay. Wish the listing would have said how many bedrooms were upstairs or downstairs. 1 bedroom only downstairs and 1 half bath downstairs. Made it hard for older family that cant do stairs to shower. Also you have to go through a bedroom to get to another. Kitchen had some items but nothing big enough to cook for the amount of people it will accomodate. Also towels not enough for amount of people staying but owner did rectify. Would suggest a……

“The home is located in a very safe neighborhood located blocks away from downtown Batavia and an easy drive into Geneva/St. Charles. I was able to communicate directly with the owner and he was wonderful to work with. The popcorn machine in the basement was a hit with my two daughters. The office space and standing desk made my workdays very comfortable. This is an amazing space and an amazing owner. Thank you!”
