“From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we knew it was a perfect spot for us. A quiet residential street with kids riding bikes and people walking dogs. The inside of the house was so clean and modern! There was a large family room/dining room and a giant kitchen that has everything you need even a first aid kit. “Wonderful home, great location, and beautiful little town”

“The home is located in a very safe neighborhood located blocks away from downtown Batavia and an easy drive into Geneva/St. Charles. I was able to communicate directly with the owner and he was wonderful to work with. The popcorn machine in the basement was a hit with my two daughters. The office space and standing desk made my workdays very comfortable. This is an amazing space and an amazing owner. Thank you!”

“We were in town this weekend for a soccer tournament. We looked at booking a room at a local hotel where the rest of the team was staying but looked in to this Vrbo. It was a great idea. We had enough space for everyone, a great kitchen, a garage to park the car, and for just a great price. Would definitely come back and stay here again”

“This property was absolutely perfect for our group of cousins, Aunts and more cousins! We utilized this space so everyone could maximize quality time together: the four children could play and run around, the adults could visit and join the kids as necessary. There were lots of cards games and board games which was so helpful! This place is beautiful, well taken care of and very thoughtfully presented. I loved the labels on the cupboards in the kitchen and bathrooms to direct us where items……
