“Great place to stay. Secluded, quiet and very relaxing. Saw deer, rabbits and squirrels during the day and heard the owls at night. Very impressed with host communications. Highly recommend and we will return again. ”

“We went to the Christmas Mountain Village for a white Christmas. We rented a cabin that was clean and nice. The amenities at village were nice (restaurant, skiing, tubing). The village is a short distance outside of town, so we were able to enjoy the town. This was a great little get away and yes, we did get our white Christmas.”

“Everything is as described on the website, when we arrived the check in process was extremely easy and we were giving many things from the check in to assist with the local area on are vacation. The location was extremely clean on the inside with everything necessary to help assist with a beautiful week away from home. The location was also spectacular with many areas to swim on site with out having to go into town and buy tickets for parks if your not feeling it that day but other than that……

“A really nice property with newer log cabin. Spectacular views are available from the wraparound porch! Owners that really care, very clean and nicely decorated. Definitely on our “will return” list. Highly recommended!”

“This was our second booking of this cabin and once again, it didn't disappoint. Only half of our group was able to go unfortunately - I had a setback after surgery and and my husband and I had to stay home. Such a disappointment as it was a glorious fall weekend! However, the rest of the family had a wonderful time and the 7 year old thinks it should become an annual event! I agree and hopefully we will all make it next time! ”

“When we checked in at 4pm our room was not ready, we got a text 6pm that it was ready they gave us a 75 credit to use on property. We used it a Mulligans restaurant, mostly bar food. They only had 2 cooks so sevice was slow, soup was great and the fried shrimp was light and crispy, server worked her butt off! Cabin was as expected, very conpact for 6 adults. Only issue was how dark it was, no street lights. Planning on coming back in the summer. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we were not able to get the Cabin we originally reserved, but the cottage worked out fine and we were still able to get the twin bed arrangement in the second bedroom. We enjoyed the resort and amenities. The kids love the indoor waterslide! The resort offered the privacy a hotel can’t achieve and we were able to make most of our meals.”

“My sister and I just had a girl’s weekend at this cozy cabin! It is much more spacious than what I thought it would be! The view was breathtaking (we used the binoculars in the kitchen many times to look at birds), the stars at night were spectacular, and the decor felt like home. We enjoyed a campfire one afternoon after exploring the nearby Pier County Park. We are already talking about a return visit! Thank you for sharing your lovely cabin with us!”

“I had really high hopes for this rental; unfortunately, our experience ensured we would not return to this location again. The description of the property wasn't accurate; I understand that they put their best property on the listing, but the property we got was dingy, outdated, poorly-cleaned, and the communication with the resort was very poor. We arrived to check in at 4pm with two young children in tow only to be told our room wasn't ready. One of the main reasons we wanted to stay here was……

“Our cabin was not ready upon arrival. The communication said check in was 12-9, we were told it actually did not begin until 4, but even then they could not give an anticipated time of when the cabin would be ready. The attendant at the front desk literally said they could not give any sort of estimate, it would be ready “whenever it’s ready”. When we finally did get access to the cabin, housekeeping left the trash & linens of the previous renters on the front porch. They sat there for 2 days,……
