“Good service, easy check-in, staff welcoming and happy to speak English. Room was big and clean with a great view, with everything, even USB charging cord. Great location near many good restaurants and a shopping mall. Bus to Harbin airport and local metro are both walkable, but not short walks, some local buses right there though. ”

Before my departure, I received gifts (one for me and a different one for my daughter) from hotel, my daughter was very happy after opened it. I am considering to bring my family members to stay here again to visit Harbin Ice and Snow World 2024. Thanks again for the great team of The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin. "
