“I have to say, upon our boat leaving the island, me and my boyfriend started to miss this place. All the staff are super thoughtful and warm to us during our stay. They always say hi or good morning, good afternoon as long as we have eye contact. They gently serve us without bothering us (quietly put beach towel next to us and not to interrupted our swimming, friendly asked us to have lunch or dinner or not.) From every part you may feel they truly just want their guests have an amazing stay and……

“We absolutely loved our stay at Lio Villas! The staff were some of the best—super accommodating and genuinely welcoming. The pool and food were both amazing. If you’re looking for a peaceful spot away from the crowds, this is the perfect place. They offer motorcycle rentals and tours, and they’ll gladly arrange everything for you. “Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen für einen Aufenthalt am Lio Beach. Grundsätzlich ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel, trotzdem fehlt teilweise etwas an Charme und es fehlt am einen oder anderen Ort. Der Raum für das Frühstücksbuffet fehlt der Charme. Während des starken Regens hat es in unser Zimmer getropft. Die gute Lage, der Pool und der Gratistransfer empfand ich als positiv. Man könnte aber sicherlich mehr aus dem Hotel machen.”

“Overall, you get a lot for your money with breakfast included. Sleeping in a tent is obviously very simple accomondation which we expected but what really surprised us was the loud people around us making noise until 3 in the morning. For a place like this we really expected some peace and quiet and at least a rule that says that it should be quiet after a certain time. Its really a shame that this ruined our nights here so we had to leave one day earlier. The owner payed us back for that night……

“DO NOT BOOK! - this place does not exist anymore (we were talking to many people in town - no one new this place). Hotels.com does not support you with any refund, they don‘t care that they have properties on their website which doesn‘t exist. I book around 150-180 rooms per year and I can only suggest you to not book this property since your money will be gone.”

“The properly is owned and operated by a local Philippine family. They were kind and hospitable. However, there is an active construction site next door and they are VERY loud( 7am-4pm). I think the owners should be transparent about this on Expedia so that customers can decide whether they want to stay here or not. ”
