“I absolutely LOVE LOVE this place!!! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and met every expectation. The staff made sure we had "to go" breakfast on a morning that we were leaving for a private boat tour, so kind. The dinning area is incredible; we could've just sat there for hours as the view was perfect! Right on the water; so beautiful. Food was great. We walked to and from town, for us no big deal only a short walk to everything. The grounds are as clean as they could……

If you’re looking for a peaceful spot away from the crowds, this is the perfect place. They offer motorcycle rentals and tours, and they’ll gladly arrange everything for you. We really appreciated how well they took care of us from start to finish.”

“飯店房間大體乾淨，外面就是泳池跟海灘很漂亮，並且有提供早餐，接駁車到市區及機場，非常方便。唯一缺點是距離市區有段距離，大約是10分鐘的腳程。”

“Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen für einen Aufenthalt am Lio Beach. Grundsätzlich ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel, trotzdem fehlt teilweise etwas an Charme und es fehlt am einen oder anderen Ort. Der Raum für das Frühstücksbuffet fehlt der Charme. Während des starken Regens hat es in unser Zimmer getropft. Die gute Lage, der Pool und der Gratistransfer empfand ich als positiv. Man könnte aber sicherlich mehr aus dem Hotel machen.”

“The worst DIVE ever. Upon walking in to the area, it was completely nasty. Was offered a room without air conditioning. Are you serious in the Philippines!. Walked right out and did not get a refund eventhough we did not stay there and the terms of agreement were not honored! Be extra careful with these rip-offs!”

“The properly is owned and operated by a local Philippine family. They were kind and hospitable. However, there is an active construction site next door and they are VERY loud( 7am-4pm). I think the owners should be transparent about this on Expedia so that customers can decide whether they want to stay here or not. ”

“Our group of 7 didn’t have a chance to stay at the property because we attempted to call and texted the hotel but no one answered the text and the contact phone numbers we found on line and face book responded “calls incomplete.” After a 5 hours drive from Puerto Princesa, around 7:00 pm,, tired and frustrated nog being accommodated by the hotel, we ended looking for another hotel that accommodate us and pay another fees. A very unsatisfying and very stressful unhappy experience we had endured……
