“The room I booked on the platform showed that the reservation was successful and the payment was successful, but I drove to the front desk of the hotel and told me that there was no room to return it. “There were biscuit crumbs all over the desk and on the floor when we arrived in the room. Bed sheets and pillow cases were not changed everyday. Housekeeping comes at random times of the day (sometimes early morning and afternoon), so sometimes there are days where the room is not cleaned. Convenient location and free parking is good. ”
