“Cottage was very clean, inviting and unique. Easy access to shops and restaurants as well as National Historical Park. The owners initiated most of the communications regarding check in and check out and communicated both emails and texting. Would love to come back and stay again!!”

“ To say that we enjoyed our time at this property does not do it justice. The cottage is filled with everything needed to make the stay enjoyable, including those things that may have been left behind, like toothpaste and shampoo. It is exceptionally clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is ready for either cooking family meals or enjoying take-out. A bonus is the pond and an outdoor area. “Love this cozy cottage on a small farm. It was perfect for our family! Shawna and her husband were the perfect hosts. We enjoyed the goats and chickens! ”

“It was a perfect little getaway for our soccer tournament. I would stay there again thank you very much for letting us stay.”

“We had a great stay here. It was perfect - enough bathrooms and rooms that were great sizes for our family. We had three adults and two kids (ages 1 and 3) (one slept in a pack and play). It was perfectly located and easy to get to downtown Leesburg and many of the wineries in the area. The weather was so nice and we enjoyed sitting on the porch at the end of the night. The yard was perfect for the kids. We’d definitely stay here again.”

The communication and information provided prior to arriving is the best we’ve experienced w/any VRBO. Tv, WiFi and hot tub all functioned well. Good night sleep was had by all and beds were comfy!
