“I always love a historic property, and the Montvale is a gem in downtown Spokane. But it's just too dark! I almost missed the door into the lobby -- it's small and very nondescript -- and once inside, it was so dim it felt off-putting (it was after dark, but the walls are all painted so dark). You need a more welcoming lobby and better lighting in halls and rooms. Even though it may be a little at odds with the Montvale's 1899 heritage, a bit brighter atmosphere would be more welcoming. ”

“This was such a beautiful relaxing stay everything about it was perfect for us as a couple. We are huge fans of bed and breakfasts and we kind of go around everywhere looking for new ones to try. This will be one that we visit again and again. It was clean especially for being such an older place usually we stay in old places and you'll find dust in different random places but not here I highly recommend!”

“房間乾淨，床單每天都有更新。房間設備齊全，微波爐冰箱都有，暖氣也很溫暖，還有按摩浴缸可以使用。早餐普通，但整天都有供應咖啡與檸檬水。附近餐廳很多，還有一個有機商品店讓我買東西很方便。唯一的缺點是這段時間房價太貴了，是平常的三倍價錢，除此之外整體來講還是不錯的選擇。”

“New hotel, great staff, food was amazing should have come out of a high end restaurant. Limited menue but everything i jad was top notch. Dont have to worry about your car here. Staff went above and beyond to make tge stay the best i have had.”

“We’ve stayed at this property multiple times. Our room was not as clean as previous visits and the noise from the train seemed more frequent. I love the convenience of this property and closeness to our favorite restaurants and to the river walk. We will stay here again. ”
