“Older home, close to town and amenities. We had no problems with the house and communication with the owner was great, just be aware this is an older home and therefore has some quirks that come with older houses. Yard was great, however it was inconvenient to use as the neighbor dog would constantly bark at us if we were outside. ”

More than one preteen or teenager or older would make more crowded. Though they do offer a rollsway. Enclosed private patio space allowed for extra time enjoying fresh air . Hosts offered their contact number if anything was needed but we did not need to reach out to them as we had all we needed. ……

“If you like what you see in the pictures it’s even beautiful in person. Great place for big groups. There is everything you need for little kids, to teens to adults. We felt really safe and peaceful. The view is beautiful. The beds are so comfy, spacious and very clean. The communication with the host was very easy and friendly. Would be coming back!! ”

“We had our best Christmas visit to CO yet when staying for 10 days in this great property! Only 20 minutes from our son's house in Penrose, minutes from stores, restaurants, gas, museums. So nice to relax in a beautifully decorated home with comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms, all the accessories you could need, and to be able to cook a full Christmas dinner for the family with a large table to eat around and a living room with huge TV where we enjoyed watching the seasonal specials. “We booked this home for a night knowing that a possible blizzard was in the forecast and I'm very glad we did, and not just because we didn't have to drive 100 miles in a blizzard. The home was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. Our three-year-old loved the toys in the living room. Though we didn't utilize most of the kitchen and other amenities, it definitely has everything one would need for a longer stay. This home and the owners has us excited about planning a trip down in the summer time……
