My family looked forward to spreading out but 4 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms were locked. Text host to see if he would open them but he declined. That was disappointing.”

“I was pleasantly surprised! The house looked even better in person than it did in the photos. It is warm and comfortable and they had everything we needed to enjoy our time away. The house was clean and the surrounding property was well maintained. I would love to come back in the spring/summer to enjoy more of the outdoors. ”

“I have stayed in several vacation homes in Nyack. Some were swankier, most were cleaner or better stocked, but none was more comfortable or in a better location. The neigborhood is quiet, the house has loads of privacy, and you can easily walk to anything in town. There is a short but very steep part on this walk, so bring some sneakers if walking in town is your thing. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to feel as though you LIVE in Nyack. This was my fourth stay at this house. ”

“Everything we needed for our stay was within walking distance. Allowed us to see our West Point cadets (2 of our children are cadets) multiple times a day while visiting. Also allowed us to feed them & their friends a home-cooked meal during our visit. Relaxing and comfortable house. Walking distance to several good restaurants, and even walking distance (though a little bit of a hike) to the grocery store. Washer & dryer were so appreciated! “Nice entryway, lots of room for shoes. 1st and 3rd floor bedrooms were spacious. Nice size livingroom. Need more cookware for kitchen, and would recommend fixing the exhaust fan in the bathroom, and a better foundation for the attic bed. Moving slats caused the mattress to sag, especially at the foot of the bed. We would stay again. ”

“This place is amazing!! The house had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our stay and also be able to host some of our family in the area was precious. My daughters rented equipment for the babies which worked out well. The house is very spacious and 5 adults and 3 children fit nicely. Very highly recommend. The pier was fun to hang out on but due to weather we were to enjoy the lake as much. Easy to find, and owners were very responsive. ”
