“House was spacious and nicely laid out. Main rooms downstairs were a bit darker than listing pictures show but overall house was clean comfortable and owner very responsive. ”

“Choosing this location was hands down one of the best decisions i ever made in my life. Close to trails, close to shopping, close to major landmarks, the central location of the property.l was perfect for our itinerary. The property was goeorgous and inviting, with every day being serenaded by the songs of birds. Amenities were the best ever! The owners were very pleasant and understanding as well. Top notch! Will stay again in the future!”

“We really enjoyed the house. It was very clean, comfortable & the location was beautiful. Loved the kitchen. It would have been nice to have locks on the bathroom doors & a door for the 1/2 bath. ”

“The proximity to Westpoint was great. Trashy neighborhood. Very loud construction early in the morning. The cooking supplies were limited and one of the handles on the pans fell off while we were there. It was okay, but probably wouldn't return.”

“the place was so lovely and comfortable! the hosts were very kind when we had some trouble getting in at first (user error), and we had no troubles at all during our stay. The pool and hot tub are amazing, the house is so comfortable, and there is lots of hiking and other nature activities nearby. the sound of the creek is so soothing!”

“We saw a bevy of wikdlife. Toads, chipmunks and babies, a wild turkey, woodchuck or beaver, and deer. The views were great and the kitchen was actually quite accommodating. Book it today!”

“What a lovely and well appointed place to stay! My only quibble was that the pictures just don’t do the property justice. We will definitely be back!”

“The house was big enough for 2 families. It was very clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful and Cold Springs was the perfect spot for everything we wanted to do while in NY. The caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. ”

The front sitting area and back deck are so relaxing. We had four adults and and my nine month old grandchild. We also had family that live in Connecticut visit. We will definitely be visiting again. "As an experienced traveler, I have to rate this La Quinta a ONE out of Five. The facility is too old to use. To open the door, you need to insert the card key dozens of times. The hall way is not flat, slightly uphill or downhill. The drain of the tub is only half-working. When you take shower your feet are in the water. Basin is cracked and glued. AC sound wakes you up every time when it starts. Breakfast is ok, but lack of food after 8:50, it says that the time of breakfast is 6:30 to 9:30. Parking is free and safe, which is only thing make my thumb up. Overall, with $140 per night price, I must say, I was very disappointed by this hotel!!! By the way, the other La Quinta hotels I have lived in are very good."
