“Tori was a wonderful host. The apartment was bright and inviting with all the tools you'll need to cook if you want. The neighborhood was gorgeous and close enough to downtown Davidson to walk!! I will be back again! Thanks!”

“We came into town from Myrtle Beach to explore Charlotte and take the kids to Carowinds. The house was big enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 8 and we had a great time playing the games we found in the closet! We also cooked dinner there one night and appreciated that they had plenty of dishes and some cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and olive oil.”

“Needed a comfortable place for a few nights while we watched our granddaughter for her parents who had an event nearby. The home was just perfect and we loved the screened in porch. The desk area came in handy for some work stuff we needed to do. Loved walking around the neighborhood and easy walking access to great coffee and breakfast and other restaurants. Everything was very convenient. We all drive trucks and parking was not a problem. Definitely would rent again. ”

“House was as described and very clean. However, there were only two hooks in the bathroom and no other places to hang towels. A couple more hooks in the bathroom and some hooks on the back of doors in the bedrooms are needed. Also, in 2 of the rooms there was no furniture other than the bed and a small end table so no place to put suitcase (or wet towels). A simple table in each room would make a big difference. Other than that we enjoyed the house and appreciated the quiet neighborhood.”

“Very nice place to stay near the center of Davidson. We enjoyed walking around the lake. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was perfect for our weekend.”

“I've been duped before with pictures that didnt match what they showed BUT this was NOT the case! What you see is exactly what you got! The pictures matched exactly and it was soo worth it! It was even quiet and peaceful for being in a housing development. Close to so many restaurants and shopping choices. Great location for the avid Nascar fan. Very easy to get to most shops in an hour radius. Definitely a 10 out of 10!”

“The stay at the property was great. The amenities & communication great. Had a little issue with the front door that was addressed. My only issue were all the closets were locked. We had nowhere to hang up anything. Except for a towel bar in the main bathroom I had to go by hangers. the msin bsthroom.”

“This property was everything as advertised -- and everything you see in the pictures. What struck me most was how quiet it was, both during the day and in the evening. If you're looking to relax, this is the place.As for amenities, we used the kayaks (which were like new), the lily pad, the fire pit -- we did it all. If you're looking for firewood, you can get it at the Harris Teeter a mile away.Our host was incredibly responsive to any needs. There were small things that I had questions about……
