“House was perfect for out 4 couple weekend. We were in town for a Birthday Bash at a friend’s house. The location was great for restaurants and the breweries. Sunrise over the lake was magnificent with a hot cup of coffee. Would recommend for anyone. I am sure summer would be a great stay. ”

“We loved our 2 week winter stay at Greg's home. It was clean and designed very pleasantly. Greg made sure we had any question answered quickly even how to get the TV to pull up the Super Bowl game! There was great care in providing the small things like some spices and condiments as well as necessities like hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels, kitchen storage bags etc to get you started. The view was nice and we look forward to returning in warmer weather to experience getting on the……

“This is our second time this year staying at this property. It is one of the best pet friendly, water front homes on Lake Norman. The house is spacious and perfect for a family to spread out. “Beautiful home decorated wonderfully for Christmas. Room for everyone, activities for the young people.Huge downstairs gathering room. Kitchen equipped with every thing we needed Fantastic view of the lake. Firepit reasonably close to house. Plenty of parking. Extra fridge in garage. ”

“Beautiful, new home with great upgrades. Very quiet neighborhood and lake front. Walk down to water is a little steep but great views. The outdoor living space sold us and we absolutely loved staying here. Only 30 mins to Double J wedding venue. ”
