“This little house was so cute, so clean and in a great neighborhood! Walked around the area every morning and the houses were so pretty with beautiful flowers all around! It was close to all our places we wanted to go...Billy Graham library, restaurants, parks, and walking trails. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms great! I would recommend it to anyone! It was small but just perfect for a little friend getaway! Loved the front porch with the rocking chairs for morning coffee!”

“The dock and outside of property is spectacular. Great views, perfect location, easy to get boats in and out. The house is well stocked. Had a great time with my family 14 yo to 76 yo all had great stay. ”

“This Aframe and the town of Sherrills Ford is so quaint. The house was clean and comfortable and decorated very nicely. Yard, lake access, kayaks, deck & deck furniture, and fire pit is all we needed for a relaxing Spring vacation. Loved just lounging on the dock with a glass of wine and a book most days. Austin was very attentive and accommodating and shared his nice boat with us,for a reasonable rate,so we could explore Lake Norman one afternoon. Being able to bring our dog helped make this……

“We loved this place. There were nine of us. The house was about 35 minutes from Charlotte so an easy drive. Also close to Birkendale and Davidson. Close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings with a great view of Lake Norman. Great beds and pillows.”

Back porch with rocking chairs, porch swing, and dining area perfect for mornings and sunsets. Beautiful area at the end of a cove for added privacy. No question, would not hesitate to book this house again. ”
