“Our stay was great. The unit was clean and the area was very quiet despite being in a very small condo/apartment complex. The beds were extremely comfortable which was great for my bad back. The unit could use a few more kitchen items but what was there was sufficient for our small stay. We would rent this unit again.”

“I arrived & the owner never responded to me (by email or by phone. The phone was disconnected) about getting into the VRBO. I called VRBO and spoke to Ismail. He tried email and the only phone number available to VRBO. He said the ph# was no good. I looked back 1 yr ago the same thing happen to another person. Apparently, VRBO does not do a routine check on their owners to confirm email and phone contacts. I asked Ismail what happens if I can’t get into the apartment? He said he did not know.……
