“We all absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay. The host was especially courteous and helpful with any questions. The house and pool/deck area were in immaculate condition when we checked in. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who would like to enjoy Lake Norman. ”

“Our family of 9 adults and 5 children had a wonderful weekend at Lake Norman thanks to the management of Avant Stay. The home was lovely, very clean with lots of room and a beautiful view of the Lake. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. Brittany was very helpful. She responded to our calls promptly with kindness and expertise. Pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids as was fishing off the pier. Kayaks and paddleboards added to the lake experience and the grounds were well……

“We loved the property and we had a great long weekend. Located in a nice Cove, the dock was awesome. I had to hunt for one of the bedrooms. Did not realize that it was in top of the garage area. But other than that, it was great. I would love to stay for a whole week in the summer.”

“We most enjoyed making smores down by the water’s edge with the Solo stove. There was plenty of seating for my family members who came to visit. The property was exceptionally clean. We used the hot tub, we sat on the deck, we stayed up and looked at the stars. We were living the dream!”

“We were looking for a lakefront vacation spot near our daughter and other family who live in around the Charlotte area. This was perfect! The beach, dock. kayaks and paddleboard, and outdoor area in general provided fun for all! The cozy cabin was clean and offered all the creature comforts we needed. We found everything to be as stated in the listing and would definitely stay here again! Though we didn't need anything from the host, Scott was easy to work with and friendly! Thank you! ”
