“It was wonderful and would stay here again! ”

“Just wanted to getaway for the weekend and we came across this listing and did not regret it.”

“We stayed six nights. The beds are comfortable, the location is as described and parking is easy. The host was very responsive to our one request. ”

“The property was nice and convenient for location. The floors were creaky but that's expected in an older home. The beds were nice and everything worked as it should. I did slip down the concrete stairs out front and have torn a muscle in my back in ice that formed over night. Be careful. Thank you for letting us rent your property. ”

“Overall my husband and I were happy with the studio apt. Communication with the host was easy and the place was clean and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The place was centrally located with easy access to shops/restaurants as well as the Metra system to take us into Chicago. The one drawback is that there are no windows but the skylight adds enough natural light to the space and we were there to sightsee and not stay for extended periods in the apartment.”

“The host did a great job communicating what would be needed for the stay. The place was very clean and conveniently located in a quiet area. Definitely will consider returning in the summer”

“Staying in the Round Lake Beach area to visiting family. Room is great and clean. Pretty view of Fox Lake. Only draw back is it is over a bar. Karaoke comes right up through the floor. Not to much of a problem as the bar closes at 11:00. So just have to suffer through the drunken super star want a be singers. It is good for some laughs. Over all I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. ”

“Stayed here while attending daughters boot camp graduation and her liberty weekend. was a very short drive to the base. The home was comfortable and relaxing with plenty of room. My daughter liked that she could relax after being in boot camp and nobody felt cramped or crowded. We were able to bake some of her favorite foods as well as take a short drive to may attractions and the airports. ”

“Ma's Place was exactly perfect for us. Very dog friendly for all three of our little pooches. We all enjoyed our stay and slept comfortably for two nites. The apartment was neat as a pin and spic and span clean. ”

“It sucked . Management is terrible . There was a broken drawer upon arrival. The towels look dirty and crumbled in the bathroom apartment smelled like weed and we had a charge a heap to charge on my credit card without permission blaming us that we broke something which we did not . We tried to contact the host numerous times about the charge that they did not have permission to charge and would not respond in any manner terrible terrible terrible stay I would never recommend this company……

“Everything was as advertised and location is great! Only noting that the beds are memory foam which, if that is indicated in listing, I missed it! My husband is fine with memory foam but I’m not a fan. ”
