“The staff were on top of things. Our battery went out on our a/c thermostat and within 15 minutes they had come and replaced. The next day the maid knocked to see if we wanted her to clean our room, but I told her no and asked for an extra blanket. She called another maid and she delivered one in 5 minutes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.”
“Great location and close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were very nice and helpful. I was disappointed with the breakfast selections. It was very basic. Other than that I was very satisfied. And the beds were so comfortable. ”
“The only thing that was a minor problem was access to WiFi. Although I was told there was WiFi available (which there was) I continued to be asked for a password which I was told was not needed. Just a minor inconvenience. Overall my stay was excellent and this property was very clean with professional and courteous staff.”
