“The staff always accommodate our leaving my mother’s car while we drive her south to be with family. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We choose this hotel every time we go to Tyler. The breakfast set up with one small cup dispenser for coffee was a little hard for those of us who are hearty coffee drinkers. ”

“DO NOT GO HERE!! When I arrived I was given a room on the 4th floor. As I walked away and asked for the elevator and it wasn’t not working. I was then given a room on the 2nd floor. When I got to that room the AC was not working and the room dirty smelled mold. I walked out and asked for a refund and then was told I had to call the manager on Monday to ask for one. ”

“I really enjoyed my stay at the Greyhound Hotel. The building is 97 years old and has been remodeled, but it still retains its vintage charm rather than going ultra-modern—which I absolutely loved. The tile work throughout the space is beautiful, and the tub/shower combo was spacious and inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I especially appreciated all the large windows and thick curtains that gave the room a cozy yet elegant feel. One of the best parts was the location—everything……

“Stayed for 3 nights. Was so nice to be close to everything. One bed was hard, the other was next to perfect. We had a light bulb out, and they fixed it. We had issues with the elevator, they fixed it-the same day! I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the staff was so eager to please! What could have been better was a bigger tub and a cleaner pool. The water had a weird smell; not sure if it was the chemicals in it or not. We will definitely stay here again should we get the chance!”
