The creek is so peaceful and it’s a nice little walk just bring a stick to knock down spider webs along the way ;) Loved sitting on the screen porch and roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. Already talking about the next time we visit family staying here again. ”

“This is our third year in a row renting this cabin. We enjoy the quiet and relaxing cove. It is a good distance from the town, so make sure you take what you need. The boat dock is GREAT and accommodates our ski and Jon boat. We bring our paddleboard and enjoy paddling through this cove. The owners have 2 kayaks you can use as well. ”

“Property was clean and provided everything we could have needed; perfect size for our family of five. The view from the deck was beautiful. Location is close to gas stations, a dollar general and a few restaurants, which was convenient. Gloria (host) was very responsive and helpful! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Almost Heaven. It was clean and comfortable and very relaxing. The views were beautiful from every room, and the screened porch was perfect for reading a book and napping. We brought our boat, and the boathouse was nice and accessible. We hope to come back soon!”
