“All good”

“Water leaked onto the floor between the tub and toilet. The first shower was dry. After the second it was wet. The third shower I did everything to be sure there was no gap between the shower curtain and the shower wall, however the floor was wet again. The shower mat was only half wet the last time verses totally soaked the previous time. I dried up the water both times. ”

“The lobby and atmosphere is beautiful. Everything looks to be updated and very clean. Check In/Out was a breeze. Very friendly staff. The room was very clean and nicely updated. We had a king bed in a suite. My only problem was the bed was super firm. Other than that our stay was amazing. They have a restaurant in the lobby thats open late and super early. Everything you need is honestly within walking distance as well. Close to everything.”

“What I loved was the kitchen area! The dishes available, the cookware available, the utensils, the dishwasher option, the garbage disposal, the large kitchen trash can, the refrigerator and freezer size, the coffee maker. Everything was clean and brand new! Except for one of the mugs had coffee residue from the last customer. An outlet next to the bed was out of service. But, all of the staff members were helpful and professional. The staff member Ariel went above and beyond my expectations!……

“It was affordable and close to what we needed. Only complaint would be the breakfast options. Really it was only bagels. It would’ve been nice to have a protein option. But for the price I understand.”

“This hotel was a mixed bag. Staff was friendly and evening staff was especially engaged. There apparently were computer problems and our room was assigned to someone else before we even checked out. The room was spacious and the kitchen, dishes, etc. nice. The room was reasonably clean but definitely not spotless. The breakfast sounded good but though I arrived 10 minutes before they closed there was not much other than oranges and bread left to eat.”

“I was charged 103/night online through Expedia (before taxes and fees). I paid in advance. My receipt states room price was $90.82 (before taxes and fees. I think I should have been refunded the overage. Other than that it was good.”

“Safe, clean and economical. Close to Mike Tucker Park and Chief Ladiga Trail. Close to upcoming April events; Noble Street Festival and the opening of the final 7 miles of the Chief Ladiga Trail in Anniston ”
