“I didnt like being on second floor due to 13 foot surgerys but the room was good. ”

“Staff were very nice and our room was clean. Our room was next to the main road so the traffic noise was loud. Other than that everything was nice. ”

“What I loved was the kitchen area! The dishes available, the cookware available, the utensils, the dishwasher option, the garbage disposal, the large kitchen trash can, the refrigerator and freezer size, the coffee maker. Everything was clean and brand new! Except for one of the mugs had coffee residue from the last customer. An outlet next to the bed was out of service. But, all of the staff members were helpful and professional. The staff member Ariel went above and beyond my expectations!……

“I was charged 103/night online through Expedia (before taxes and fees). I paid in advance. My receipt states room price was $90.82 (before taxes and fees. I think I should have been refunded the overage. Other than that it was good.”

“This hotel was a mixed bag. Staff was friendly and evening staff was especially engaged. There apparently were computer problems and our room was assigned to someone else before we even checked out. The room was spacious and the kitchen, dishes, etc. nice. The room was reasonably clean but definitely not spotless. The breakfast sounded good but though I arrived 10 minutes before they closed there was not much other than oranges and bread left to eat.”

“This is our second time staying here. The facility is nice and clean. However, the customer service, while "good enough," was a bit lacking. I can't explain it other than it could have been better. They don't go above and beyond to greet you or make you feel welcome. We did have a problem with the heat not shutting off in our room. It was 76 deg. F when we arrived and stayed that way after hours. The staff did move us to another room on the same floor later that night, which was nice. My only……
