“Nice overall. I don't find the staff too friendly, but helpful overall. I asked if they can post the postcards for me (I have already attached stamps), bhr they refused as they said they would then need to be responsible. I am quite surprised by this reply, especially at an ibis hotel chain. ”

“In my opinion, the apartment is pretty good expect that its location is a little inconvenient, as need in designated Hotel to arrange check in service. Room is tidy and clean. Overall check out arrangement is quite good and simple. ”

“It was a work trip, I had high expectations for this place but I wasn’t impressed. First off, the toilet lid was broken upon arrival. The neighbouring doors slam shut so you’re awaken with a jolt each morning. The lighting is far too dim, supposedly to match the dark theme but nightclub lighting in the day doesn’t make sense. Though utensils, cooking oil and tea bags were provided, they have quite a small bin draw and no extra bin bags or dustpan was supplied to clear up. They don’t offer……

“Apartment on the 39th floor = great views from parts of the apartment. Downside - views of the taller tower behind. Items worn out = sofa, rusty toilet brush holder, dirty carpet in ensuite bedroom, cheap frying pan in a terrible state. Only 1 English tea bag and 7 mint tea bags? The rainforest shower heads don't work properly. They need replacing, especially the master bedroom one. Nice to have kitchen roll. Salt, pepper and sugar. Fantastic views from the 43rd floor, the master bedroom……

“It's a clean, comfy studio near buses and three train stations. I used all the stations the three days I stayed. What sold me was how quiet everyone said it was, and they were right! It's London, but peaceful – you can actually sleep! Perfect base for exploring. The owners were exceptionally friendly and responsive. A great VRBO experience! ”
