“酒店前台人員英文不錯，態度很好。有任何問題詢問她，她都會盡力幫忙。房間不大，但是很乾淨。隔音很好，就算房間靠馬路，晚上也聽不到聲音。早餐選擇多樣化，好吃。酒店附近有一間小間的便利商店，附近的餐廳都要走一段路。 酒店地下室有停車場，車道很小，大約是一台車的寬度。停車場位子大約6個，需要有一些技術才能停的好。若是有停車需求，建議將車停在酒店後面的路邊，不收費。”

“Auch wenn es bei der mageren Ausstattung des Einzelzimmers etwas zu kritisieren gibt (nur 1 Wandhaken, keine besondere Ablagemöglichkeit für die Wäsche, man muss sozusagen aus dem Koffer leben), doch es bleibt angesichts der nachhaltigen nostalgischen Ausstattung des Hotels ein positiver Gesamteindruck. Das Frühstück hätte mehr bieten können. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss das Parkhaus Tiefgarage Schloßstraße, Einfahrt Synagogenplatz, Viktoriastraße 28 anfahren und bei der Einfahrt die linke……

“Ich hatte per E-Mail um die Reservierung eines Parkplatzes mit E-Lademöglichkeit gebeten. Bei Ankunft erfuhr ich, dass man mir zwar einen Parkplatz reserviert hat, aber keinen mit Lademöglichkeit. Es wäre gut gewesen, das vorab zu erfahren, dann hätte ich anders planen können. Aber auf meine E-Mail hab ich keine Antwort bekommen. Alles andere (Zimmer, Service, Frühstück) war einwandfrei.”

“Stay in the Germany style room for 3 nights. The design of the room is so cool but a little cold in the December weather. You could discover the room with much fun, such like the lights, the cards and bag on the board, and especially the little penguin staff on the bed welcoming you！ The location is great too. Walk to the railway station and tram station both in five minutes. But the cool design is hard to keep clean while using it. The basin is too shallow so the water easily splash to the……
