“Staff was very pleasant hotel was clean ”

“We were very delighted with the Keystone Inn's history and antiquity. The breakfasts were outstanding. This is part of the BnB experience. We did NOT like the confusion between Expedia & Keystone pursuant to the exact room we were given notice by Expedia that we booked, only to arrive to find we were placed in another room without the amenities (fireplace) we wanted. This demands correction for us, as well as any future guests & stays.”

“We had some mechanical issues on the way. I called the hotel to let them know that we wouldn't be arriving till around 330am & they said ok be safe your room will be ready when you get here. I check in the room was very clean, the staff is great, the beds are comfortable, & its quiet. The breakfast in the morning is good & the staff was helpful with answering my questions about the area. Overall great experience I would definitely stay here again.”

“Very high up, very kind guests, very similar to a New York City loft apartment on the inside of Annie’s room. I enjoyed the large bed that sleeps 6, as I am only 1. I enjoyed the shower, the tiny furnishings outside of the tiny door located in the back end of the bathroom, and the easy to use keypad to get into and out of my room and the building. and of course the Inn is conveniently located in the town square where there are many historical book shops, stores, and art galas. a special thank……
