“Ero già stato in questa struttura e confermo gli aspetti positivi. Posizione centralissima, camere molto belle, pulizia ineccepibile e personale disponibile e professionale. Unica cosa migliorabile la colazione, di fatto un po' scarsa e poco variata. ”

“Absolutely loved our stay here great location. Owner kept in communication and acted on requests quickly. Loved the complimentary drinks in the fridge on arrival thoughtful addition and much appreciated. Cleaning staff did a great job room was spotless. Only slight negative was street noise if your a light sleeper do take the ear plugs as it’s in a busy area of old town which was lively until the early hours. Didn’t affect our stay but might others.”

“Wow! Where to start! They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They contact you before your stay with everything you need to know on arrival and answer any questions you may have, they then contact you everyday and see how you are getting on , if you need any help , any room service or water etc. I often came back to the apartment with a gift or chocolate waiting for me, they leave a lovely personalised note and a box of chocolates for when you arrive and I received a lovely……

“Great location near old town. Place has everything we need — microwave, stove, clean towels and beddings, even washing machine (which unfortunately we weren’t able to use). ”

“Greta hotel in terms of Central location in Bucharest Old Town - HOWEVER - this is not a family friendly location. You are in the heart of a night club/strip club area. The music is loud (LOUD) from midnight to 5am most nights, do not expect to get any sleep. They issue ear plugs at the reception. Aside from this, the hotel itself was lovely and clean, the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was a buffet and they even put a breakfast box together for us for the day we went and did a day trip to……

“Sadly the management team was selectively unresponsive in modifying our reservation due to a sudden death in the family. The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation.”
