“Overall a wonderful stay and would absolutely come again! Beautiful resort with absolutely stunning views and rooms. Spa is fairly priced and excellent. Location very near little Adam’s peak makes for a convenient sunrise walk. Staff all around very good and made the stay welcoming. Some things to be improved: While restaurant food is good, the prices are extortionate and we ended up eating majority of meals in local Ella for a fraction of the price. “Top-notch service! Its the best view of all hotels in Ella! The service is just amazing, Priyantha Takshila and the crew helped us with everything! So warm and friendly! We had some questions and then we got upgradedto the suite ith private jacuzzi and it made our trip even more amazing. They arrenged spa visit, helped with smart planning and schedule and also gave that "extra care and attention" that is hard to find now a days!”

We actually enjoyed it more than when we ate in town. The internet was a problem though, it did not work or was so slow it was unusable, but thankfully we had a hot spot to take video calls for work. “Superb accomodation if only for the view from the bed looking out onto the Ella valley. Then a surprisingly fullsome breakfast accompanied by a medley of fruits. The two brothers looking after the place were able to book tuk tuk drivers who did not fleece you like a number of the others in Ella town. Therefore spacious well appointed room with fan. as air conditioning would not normally be necessary in Ella. Also no mosquitoes rather some fruit flies from the surrounding lusious……

“The manager was absolutely great and deserves a raise!! So helpful and service minded. The rooms were good But…. This is not a place for the light sleeper or someone with difficulty walking. The area around is quite loud and the train at 5am is probably going to wake you up no matter where in Ella you’re trying to sleep. The walk to the hotel is short but really steep like REALLY STEEP. The kitchen staff is never there even though it says you can order food til 8 pm so it’s impossible to……
