“This apartment was perfect for us. It was charming. The location was great! Walking distance to beach, restaurants & ice cream. The king sized bed was comfortable and the sheets were very nice. The kitchen & bathroom were both updated and clean.”

“This was our 3rd stay at the Ice House at White Fate Farm. As always, the rustic Ice House cabin was cozy, peaceful, and a comfortable summer getaway from the city. The little kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. The foldout bed in the livingroom was comfortable enough for my teen son, while the bedroom in the loft is very comfy. “The real draw for us was the proximity to Foxwoods and the fenced in yard for my son to run and play. We were pleased to find the house just as described: a bit rustic but charming and with plenty of space for us to spread out. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We didn’t have time to make use of the kayaks/pond but the kids enjoyed a s’mores night at the fire ring, and were treated to a gorgeous display of fireflies at sundown. “Our occasional get together of old college friends was perfectly suited to this location - ample bedrooms / bathrooms, large kitchen, dining and living room. “The listing states a 1 bedroom, don’t be confused thinking there is a room with a door and then another room, as it’s just a single room with a bed. There was one gentleman that was very blunt and rude with his words. I unfortunately dealt with him prior to my visit, via phone, and once I got there.
