“We arrived at the property at 10 PM on Friday night. Cleveland had several previous days over 90 degrees. When we entered the third floor unit, it was like an oven – much warmer than the 84 degree outside temperature. The air unit in the living area was turned off. There was no unit in the bedroom at the far end of the apartment. There is no way that the unit could cool the area to a habitable temperature in any acceptable timeframe. We had to find alternate accommodations. I messaged the host……
