“Host was timely with responding to questions! He was helpful with check-in procedures. Stovetop/oven did not work. The unit did not appear to be heated. Overall, a great stay while spending time in the city.”

“Very cool & nicely updated old house! The house is roomy & comfortable. And it was nice having 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is well outfitted. We appreciated that there was coffee and basic spices available. The neighborhood is very walkable with good restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries nearby. Easy access to the freeway made getting around a breeze. ”

“I stayed 6 nights while visiting family in Lakewood. I also rode the RTA to Downtown to go to a Guardians vs Detroit Tigers game. The apartment was clean and quiet. Located near Madison Ave where there are lots of restaurants.”

I messaged the owner multiple times the day before got their phone number from VRBO and called multiple times. Even VRBO customer support tried to get in touch with them and they never returned any of our calls or messages. Left us in quite a pinch as we had to scramble and find a hotel room that cost us double what we would’ve paid for this property. Luckily VRBO processed a reimbursement, but I……

“Very comfortable and well outfitted property. Close to the Cleveland Market which was one of our destinations. Communications with owner were very good. We would stay here again if returning to the Cleveland Clinic.”
