“Fairly new house on the pond. Little sand beach. Canoe, paddle board and kayaks (need new/more paddles). Spacious. Large, well appointed and supplied modern kitchen. Nice master suite. Only one bathroom on ground floor for 3 bedrooms. Plenty of bench seating on deck facing lake, but could use use some chairs with cushions. ”

“We were in NH for a high school graduation, and I chose Mike and Sue’s beautiful lake home because it checked all the boxes: a king sized bed, A/C in case of a heat wave, a big inviting kitchen, and those incredible views. Five people and more than enough space for all of us. I must say, even though we were 45 minutes away from the graduation events, the drive back and forth was absolutely worth it!Mike and Sue are the most welcoming, thoughtful hosts. “Excellent recent reno - kept the original features and added updates. Rooms are larger than they appear in the pix. Only concern are the steep, narrow stairs.”
