“It is an entire house, so a good amount of space. Brand new remodel (we were there in Jan 2025). The kitchen/family room is great for meals and hanging out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful. “We had fantastic stay at this home in Derry, New Hampshire. We stayed in December and the house was super warm and cozy. They even had a pellet fireplace so we felt cozy next to that as well. There are multiple bedrooms upstairs and they were all cozy and comfortable with lots of storage closets and dressers. The main bedroom downstairs has a beautiful view of the trees and in the summer, I'm assuming a little lake but it looked frozen over. The house is minutes from a super cute downtown area……
