“Beautiful gem! Lake house is so much bigger inside than we thought it would be! It smelled like fresh pine inside. Perfect location for little ones too because of the shallow lake. Our adult son has a spinal cord injury and is unable to walk by himself. The yard was gradually sloping which made it easier for him. This was the first vacation trip we’ve had together because we’ve had family trauma the past several years. The faces of our grandchildren lit up when they went on their first canoe……

“This is a clean, modern, perfect little house just a stone’s throw from a clean, quiet perfect little swimming pond. Communication with host easy, check in easy, The neighbors are very friendly, we hope to return next summer. ”

“We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches.”

“The lodge provided our family with a comfortable and relaxing long weekend away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The property manager was responsive to our questions before and during our stay. The furnishings in the lodge were comfortable, and all essentials were provided. We enjoyed playing cornhole and roasting marshmallows in the backyard, and on the one rainy day of our trip, we made good use of the board games provided. The short walk to the lake is a bit steep -- but worth it! We……

“This was a cute house, clean and very convenient location. It was perfect for two adults and a dog. Very close to a park with walking trails. I appreciated ac units in each room as it was hot during our stay. We had everything we needed right when we arrived! Would definitely stay again. ”

“We stayed 2 nights at this lovely little house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. Very close to fun stuff Laconia. The hot tub room was perfect since we had some rain, we were still able to enjoy the hot tub.”

“The property did not indicate this was a top floor condo. I have mobility issues and this was a real problem. There were several hairs on the bed sheets. I contacted the manager and he never responded. Washed everything myself including the mattress pad which had flakey debris on it, because we couldn’t just leave and lose our . Plus all our heavy luggage was painstakingly brought upstairs at this point. After a 5 night stay we still never heard from the Manager. This is not acceptable. ……

“We were in for the 5k/Half Marathon. Check in was easy. Location was perfect (everything is walking distance). There were 7 of us and plenty of room. Games were played.Puzzles were put together. Sat on the back deck for breakfast. Full dinner in the dining room. We were able to get a late checkout so we could shower after the race.”

“Warm, cozy pine interior. With large/over sized fireplace.!!! Large deck with table and outdoor furnishings ,to watch sunrise and sunsets. The water view is just lovely. We lit off sky lanterns from the dock..The kitchen has everthing foodies need for great dinners!! We were here during my moms funeral and even with all that stress , we enjoyed the amenities this home has to offer…It was the perfect sanctuary!! Thank you! Heather”
