“This was just the right size cottage and the location couldn’t have been better! We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!”

We were surprised to see that the house was actually much more spacious than we had expected. The house is very clean and well updated. During my 5 night stay, I was joined at various time by family and friends from various destinations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and the back deck overlooking the lake proved to be the gathering place of choice.
