“we were in Massachusetts for our youngest granddaughters college graduation. This place was great. Good location and great hosts! Beautiful neighborhood Easy to walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner. ”

“The stay was great overall. When we entered the rental unit there was a lot of sand throughout, and the trash barrels were full and had not been taken to the curb (they had food items left in them so there were some maggots in the barrels, unfortunately). Aside from some trouble trying to fit our garbage into the barrel before the midweek pickup everything else was pretty smooth. Two things I would suggest is replacing the bug screen on the main sliding door, it’s a wonderful feature to have in……

“The property was as listed. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfy. There is a screened balcony which is nice for morning tea or evening chill. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions. We didnt spend a whole lot of time in the space but we would definitely stay here again.”

“The house was nice and spacious, dog friendly. The front bedroom looks out to the water. The bathrooms are renovated with heated floors - so nice especially during the coldest week of the season! The location is perfect for walking in warmer weather. Steve and Kristen were great hosts - responsive and helpful. We hope to visit again soon! ”

“We enjoyed are first trip to Plum Island in this cozy beach cottage. The owner was very responsive. We traveled with our two kids and enjoyed the great proximity to the beach (just across the street). Very clean, nice setup and decor. Beds and couches were very comfortable! Quiet neighborhood, and everyone we met was very friendly. We would definitely return :)”

“Property was great. Stairs up to second floor so this is a middle floor condo with neighbors upstairs and downstairs. Great location to walk to everything, and all the things we needed for our 4 night stay. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend. ”
