We completed all our Christmas shopping, saw a beautiful play at the Palace Theater, relaxed by the fire, cooked a full meal and ate overlooking the pond. Just wonderful :)”

“We spent 2 nights at this cottage In October. Fun fact: my grandparents built this cottage in the 60’s and I spent many summers there in the 80’s and 90’s. I was happy to find it available as a vacation rental! The owner has updated the cottage, but kept its charm. It’s very cozy and well appointed. The screened in back porch is perfect for summer nights or rainy fall days. The location is very serene and quiet. During the summer, swimming and canoeing from the dock is perfect. “My husband and I were looking for an out-of-the-way, quiet spot to reset for the weekend and the yurt checked all the boxes and more! We absolutely loved our stay. Everything about staying here was easy and comfortable. The interior was cozy and laid back with just enough amenities to help us feel at home. We were able to cook all of our meals on the grill and in the kitchen. We picked up fresh veggies from the farmers market on Church St, delicious steak, corn and snacks from the Heritage……
