“When we first arrived, the property was not cleaned. But upon contacting Missy, she took care of the issue immediately. She went above and beyond to make sure the house was cleaned and we were taken care of. I personally feel like the property management company dropped the ball. “Id give it a try again, the issue was more the property management vs. Sonder. Sonder Team was great and good at communication. The property/building itself was nice, but the garage door was broken, the divider wall on our patio was broken. The garage door issue was a lot of stress upon arrival after a full day of travel. Also, very basic toiletries but no handsoap in the entire unit? Weird and inconvenient.”
