“We got one of their smoking suites. It wasn’t what’s we expected. However bed was comfortable and they had a big couch that kind of worked for us. Overall I would say it was great. They had some complimentary breakfast. Had restaurants near by. Staff was easy to work with. ”

“Hands down, one of the best places I have ever stayed when it comes to staff friendliness. Even my kids commented on how amazing they were. The food was good, and the room was comfortable once we turned the AC on. That was one of the negative sides of the hotel. The room was EXTREMELY hot when we got there, and it took a VERY long time for it to get comfortable in the room. Please turn the AC on so we don't have to suffer in the GA heat during the summer! “Hotel is clean as usually my experience with the Hilton brand. Had to wait way too long for fresh towels after talking to tge front desk clerk. Had a fire alarm incident that was never explained but had to evacuate for a short period. Overall, still a Hilton brand so would definitely stay again.”

Like very quick and I appreciated that- Contactless entry was amazing and easy to navigate- The neighborhood is safe and peaceful minus the fact that there seems to be a lot of other dogs but it was nothing that was bothersome. - I was traveling with my dog and there was no issues with taking him on daily walks- The kitchen was stocked with enough utensils to cook everydayThings to keep in mind: - it is in a more secluded……

“I booked this property and never heard from the property manager. I called and the phone was disconnected and i also reached out though the app and got no response. I had to contact customer service to get my refund. ”

“The front desk staff are nice and Robert helped me arrange a move-in earlier than 3PM on a third-floor room. The room is very spacious and clean with a blackout curtain, so I got to have a good night sleep. No daily cleaning service but it's okay for me. Breakfast is cereals, milk, coffee and bread. Overall it was a nice experience! Excellent location for visiting Emory. ”
