“The cabin was top notch, clean, quiet setting, nice get away. Smaller room by the bathroom has a soft mattress and the Florida type room has a firm mattress. If flying in needing to rely on Ubers or food delivery, this isn't the place. I was barely able to get an Uber back out. Otherwise I'd absolutely rent again but only if I drive myself or rent a car. ”

Mark is an exceptional host—very accommodating and understanding when my original travel plans changed unexpectedly. He quickly offered a solution that made my trip to Cooperstown possible. “The ultimate place for relaxation! Host was so kind and helpful with any questions we had. Enjoyed kayaking, relaxing by the campfire and fishing. Watching the sunrise is beautiful, coming up over the water. We brought all our food, so we enjoyed our family meal time right there. Highly recommend!!”

“Cute. Small. Kitchen well-equipped, including Keureg with some pods provided for coffee & tea, sweetener & powdered cream (morning coffee info is important to me!). Near Empire State Trail, which was perfect because I was biking in and out from the trail. Host very accessible. Location appears rural, but there are active train tracks very nearby, so it can get noisy, but it settles a bit at night. I was confused because in the listing it says sleeps 4, and in the photos the upstairs beds looked……

“Rustic cabin. Small beach is 1/4 walk. Nice outdoor area at cabin. Limited outlets, none in bathroom. Heating consists of a few space heaters. One AC upstairs in flex room and some fans. Nice furniture and appliances. Glad we could bring our dog.”

“Had a great time with a bunch of friends for the Eclipse. Property was nice and spacious, with plenty of activities in the house. Beautiful sky at night due to low light pollution.”
