“Thank you for opening your home to us. All was great, the water pressure, the water temperature, the coffee maker and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the cleanliness and how well decorated it is. Very modern furniture and fixtures. The cooling system needs to be checked for the upstairs. While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. ”

The house is in a wondeful location, beautifully decorated with little thoughtful touches throughout. Better than the pictures and you really did feel like you were coming home! “Beautiful and clean lake house for our stay near Cooperstown. Kids enjoyed the fishing and we loved eating meals on the back porch. The drive to All Star Village was a little far, but we knew that going into it. It was a cozy place to come back to after long days at the ballpark and we were able to cook meals there, the kitchen had everything we needed. Short drive to beautiful downtown Cooperstown and the owner was very responsive and helpful!”

“We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as listed. The grandkids enjoyed sleeping over in the little bedroom I only gave 3 stars for the location because we were driving to Dreams Park multiple times a day and it was a 20-25 min drive. I didn't pay close enough attention to that when searching for a place. ”
