“I never expected the quality of the St. Regis hotel to be so poor. I booked a three-night stay, and while there were no issues during check-in, the next morning I discovered that there was water pooling on the carpet and in the closet. Hotel staff suspected a leak from the bathroom, and they promptly moved us to another room. However, on the second night, we found that the air conditioning in the new room was not working. Maintenance checked it and found that the air conditioning unit was too……

“During this period , I am totally book three room with my friends. But below points areakr us very disappointed. 1) The bathroom lighting very dark. 2) The water not hot enough 3) The pillow not comfortable 4) The F&B service very very BAD . The chef not polite and the attitudes seems looking down Asian. rejected request food, the food standard not stable, only the coffer machine is good. Even the fresh juice area are not refill in well .”

“The reception desk is helpful but need to improve the communication between internal staffs and prevent to provide wrong information to the guest. Such as the closing time of the poolside bar, the reception mentioned it close at 0000, therefore we went there at 22:30 and order drinks. However, the bar said they closed at 23:00 and black out the whole venue sharply. Besides the communication breakdown, overall the staffs are nice as helpful”

“It's fully equipped, the management is super helpful. And the place is super clean with parking provided. Soundproofing is quite bad to be honest, wish the windows can be soundproofed and sound from corridor can be heard. Lift can be improved but overall it's a great place to stay.”

“I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it……
