“I booked the house for the Marji Gesick mountain bike race. I had five friends travel with me as a support crew. The house was excellent for our needs. Plenty of beds and 1.5 bathrooms. A well stocked and large kitchen and plenty of living space. Outdoors was a nice grill, screened in house on the lake and a canoe. I caught a pike right off the dock Friday! “Ised this as home base to do some exploring in Marquette and Munising. Had a couple days of bad weather,but we made the best of it and went down to the casino. The nice nights were spent looking at the lake while enjoying a nice fire. We actually lived the fact that there was no TV, internet, wifi and not so great cell service. It truly helped us unplug from the hectic lives we lead.The Foxhole is so cute and comfy. It was absolutely perfect for our vacation. We will definitely check into……

“The title says it all, we had all the comforts of home while being able to roll out of bed and jump in the lake.Large kitchen full stocked with pots, pans, large fridge and an extra fridge in the garage. The deck is amazing, plenty of room to live outside. The water is very accessible with minimum stairs and hand railing. We wish we could have stayed longer.”

“By far one of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed in. The house was very clean, nicely furnished and well stocked. “Jan is an excellent host. Home is beautifully decorated and couldn’t be more comfortable. House is extremely well stocked with everything you could need or want. With six adults and one young child staying in the house, they are many different living areas such as the living room, family room and sunroom so you’re not on top of each other. Location is perfect, about five minutes to downtown and many restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay. ”
