“We arrived a day later than planned due to the storms. Upon being shown to our room, we were told about the painting that was occurring throughout our stay. Unfortunately due to medical reasons, we could not stay with the painting occurring. We asked for a refund and the staff were very kind and actioned this request. The refund was gratefully received 1 week later. ”
